What it is. An agent-to-agent communication CLI — files, fetches, and replies to GitHub issues across the AgentCulture mesh.
Why you’d reach for it. An agent in one repo needs to ping an agent in another repo, and email is not the answer. agtag posts a tracked issue on the target repo, polls for replies, and gives both sides a stable thread to work from. The same binary backs the cross-repo verbs in the communicate skill.
